No. Each pack is a one-time purchase in USD. There is no automatic renewal. Buy another pack whenever you need more videos.
One credit generates one 15-second Hotel Lobby MP4 from two adult portraits, with the matching original sound. Choose portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9 and SD 480p or HD 720p before generating. HD uses the same one credit as SD.
Yes. Your video credits belong to your account. Choose a pack and sign in to continue to checkout. After payment is confirmed, return to the studio and use your balance to generate videos.
A confirmed failed generation automatically returns its reserved credit to your balance. A request still awaiting confirmation keeps the credit reserved until its status is resolved. A completed video uses one credit even if the AI result differs from what you expected.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of that pack's paid credits have been used. Packs with used credits are generally not refundable. See the refund policy for details and how to contact us.
Download your MP4 within 30 days of submitting the generation request. Save it to your device to keep a copy after that period. The download already includes the original sound.
