Terms of service

These terms apply to Hotel Lobby AI, an independent AI video tool operated by Sawana. Using the service means you accept these terms. Questions can be sent to hsawana9@gmail.com.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 years old to buy and use the service. Keep your account secure. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from people pictured. You retain your rights in your input content and grant us permission to process it to provide your requested video.

Permitted use

Do not use the service to create unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not present an AI video as a real recording of someone’s actions. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

AI generation

A generation produces a 10-second MP4 using your two photos and our prepared scene. AI output can change faces, clothing, movement and timing. Results are not guaranteed to exactly match the photos or original performance. Review the result before sharing. The download is silent and does not include the original Hotel Lobby song.

Payments and credits

Video packs are one-time purchases in USD. One generation reserves one video credit. A completed generation uses that credit; a failed generation returns it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. See our refund policy for purchase refund requests.

Downloads and rights

Generated videos are available for 30 days. Download your MP4 during that period. You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed for the photos, music or other material you use or add. AI output may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection. Hotel Lobby AI is not affiliated with Quavo, Takeoff or COLORS, and does not grant rights to their recordings, performances or brands.

Service availability

We may change or suspend features to maintain the service or meet legal requirements. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
