Privacy policy

This policy explains how Hotel Lobby AI handles your information when you make and buy AI videos. Contact the operator at hsawana9@gmail.com for privacy requests.

Photos and videos

Before you generate, your selected photos stay in this browser tab’s session storage so you can return from sign-in or checkout. Clicking Generate sends the photos and your selected settings to our service and video provider to create your video. Your generated videos are private to your account and available to download for 30 days. Keep your own copy.

Your account and purchases

We keep your account identifier, email address, video jobs, credit balance and payment records to provide the service. When purchases are enabled, Stripe handles card details; we do not store your full card number. We use session cookies to keep you signed in.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. Neon Auth stores this account information for us to create your account, authenticate you and keep your videos, credits and purchases associated with it. We do not sell this Google account information or share it with video generation providers. To request deletion of your account information, contact the email address above.

Service providers

We use Neon for authentication and our database, Vercel for hosting and private media storage, Replicate and its model providers for video generation, and Stripe for checkout and payment processing. These providers receive the information necessary for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Analytics and activity

With your analytics choice, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand visits and improve this tool. You can reject optional cookies or change your choices in the footer. We do not send your photos, email address or sign-in codes in analytics events.

We also keep a first-party activity history for service operations. A browser journey may be linked to your account when you sign in. Video generation and confirmed payment records help us diagnose failures and answer support requests.

Retention and requests

Generated media is retained for up to 30 days. Account, credit and transaction records may be retained longer to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request account or media deletion. Payment records that must be retained cannot always be deleted immediately.

Use of your content

We do not publish your uploaded photos or generated videos as examples without your permission. Only upload content you have permission to use. Photos can contain personal information, including other people’s faces, so get their consent first.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
